Troy Casper, President

Troy Casper has 20 years of industry experience and is currently the President of Compass Sales Solutions, a company who specializes in Sales Force Automation, Solution Selling, Fleet Management, TCO Analysis and Proposal Generation. He was the initial developer and programmer of Compass’s software programs and is an expert strategist on MPS, Business Assessments and CRM, having sold MPS solutions as far back as 1997. He has spoken at all of the industry’s largest conferences such as ITEX, CDA, BPCA, SDG and Major Manufactures including Sharp, Lexmark and Kyocera, as well as ERP companies such as E-Automate, OMD and Nextgen.

George Gallian, CEO

George Gallian has 35 plus years of industry experience and is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Compass Sales Solutions. He acquired interest in Compass in 2004 and helped it grow from 30 customers to over 400 in 5 countries. George is an expert strategist on MPS, Business Assessments and CRM, who has spoken at all of the industry’s largest conferences and groups such as ITEX, BPCA, BTA, SDG, CDA and more! He has also worked with Manufactures including Sharp, Samsung and Kyocera, as well as ERP companies such as E-Automate and OMD. George has consulted and trained hundreds of dealers with a focus in MPS and fleet sales where his experience in prospecting, closing and maintaining small to large contracts has assisted dealers in growing their organizations.

Tami Dittemore, VP of Operations

Tami Dittemore has 17 years of industry experience and is currently the Vice President of Operations at Compass Sales Solutions. She worked as the Manager of Administrative Services at MWB Business Systems / SoCal Office Technologies for almost 10 years overseeing all billing and administrative operations of the company. Tami joined Compass in 2007 as the Training Manager. She has helped Compass streamline its processes, incorporate innovative new procedures and oversees the daily operations of the company including our Implementation, Training, Development, Support and Professional Services divisions.

Jim McMeel, VP of Sales

Jim McMeel has almost 30 years of industry experience and is currently the Vice President of Sales for Compass Sales Solutions. He began his career as a copier Sales Representative with HPS Office Systems in 1985.  He quickly rose through the ranks and ultimately became partner and Vice President/General Manager for HPS Office Systems.  His background was further enhanced when he served as Director, Vendor Relationship Development at Great America Leasing Corporation.  In his desire to increase his knowledge and acumen in the Managed Print Services Space, Jim joined nationally recognized HP reseller & leader in the MPS market, Cannon IV, as their Director of Sales.  Most recently, Jim served as Vice President/General Manager for Toshiba Business Solutions Indiana.  Jim’s extensive background in the industry provides him a unique perspective in consulting with dealer partners on helping them develop and grow their Managed Print Services operations.
