Familiar Processes:  Sherpa utilizes common tools reps use on a daily basis.  It provides integration with Microsoft Outlook or GMAIL, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.  Sherpa works seamlessly with all major DCA tools including FM Audit, PrintFleet, Print Audit, Lexmark Fleet Manager, and many more.


Prospect Management:  Sherpa allows for the easy management of prospects which can be assigned classifications defined by the dealer.  Activities can be scheduled and managed easily thru our extensive datamining tool, Sherpa Navigator.  Competitive leases can be added to Sherpa and if a lease expiration date is entered, Sherpa automatically schedules a call back for the rep at the interval of the dealers choosing.  Never miss a competitive lease expiration again!

Customer Visibility:  Whether from their PC or from their mobile device in the field, sales professionals can access critical customer information from e-automate, OMD, or LaCrosse NextGen.   Sales reps can view contract information, service histories, meter details, and much more.  With our Lease Tracker functionality, reps can see 3rd party lease portfolio information such as payment amount, payments remaining, service (pass thru billing), escalations, buyout and upgrade information, and other key items.


Pricebook Accessibility:  With Sherpa, electronic price books and files are a thing of the past.  All pricing can be loaded in to Sherpa which then is visible either from the PC or mobile device.  Sherpa supports up to 40 different pricing levels which are assigned to the reps based upon dealer security preferences.  Maintenance Pricing is also loaded in to Sherpa, by item, with options for monthly/quarterly/annual billing cycles and dealer defined volume bands.  All Lease rates are loaded in to Sherpa so that the rep has the most up to date lease options available.  Consumable suppliers such as Supplies Network and LMI can be loaded in to Sherpa to provide instant access to MPS pricing for the sales professional.

Proposal Generation:   From a quick 1 page quote to a multi-page Executive Summary, Sherpa provides reps a simple, fast and accurate process for configuring and proposing a solution.  Proposals can be automatically populated from Sherpa in Word or Excel format that is tied to the dealer’s branding strategy.
